Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. Cancel it from your customer account, or email help.laccio@gmail.com with your order number, and we will refund you in full.

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or a person you name other than the courier, receive the goods, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw. Before the 14 days are over, start a return from your customer account, or send us a clear statement that you want to withdraw by email to help.laccio@gmail.com, with your name and order number. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Sending the item back. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, to: LLACCIOO, Via Aldo Mauro Santoro 2, interno 1, 70056 Molfetta (BA), Italy. You pay the cost of returning the item. We recommend a tracked service.

Condition of the item. You can handle the item as you would in a shop to see what it is like. If you handle it beyond that, we may deduct from the refund the loss in value this causes.

Your refund. We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used, at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the item back, or until you send us proof that you have shipped it, whichever comes first. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show the refund.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code). If your item arrives damaged, has a defect or is not what you ordered, email help.laccio@gmail.com with your order number and some photos. Depending on the case, we will repair or replace it or, if that is not possible, give you a partial or full refund. In these cases we cover the return cost.

Since every lanyard is made by hand, small differences in knots, embroidery and colour are not defects. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by using the lanyard for something it is not made for, such as climbing or supporting a person's weight.
