1. Who we are

llaccioo.com is run by Armando Resta, trading as LLACCIOO, Via Aldo Mauro Santoro 2, interno 1, 70056 Molfetta (BA), Italy, VAT no. (P. IVA) 09221620728, email help.laccio@gmail.com.

These terms apply to every purchase made on llaccioo.com. By placing an order you accept them. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

2. Our products

Every LLACCIOO lanyard is knotted and embroidered by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Small differences in knots, embroidery and colour from the photos are part of the product and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen.

Our lanyards are made to carry personal items such as keys and phones. They are not climbing equipment, personal protective equipment or a safety device, and must never be used to support a person's weight.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and are the final price you pay for the product. VAT is not charged because we operate under the Italian flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario, Art. 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, Law 190/2014). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Price changes never apply to orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email, which also summarises your order and these terms. The contract is in English.

If you shop from Italy, you must enter a valid Italian tax code (codice fiscale) to complete an order, because we issue an invoice for every sale.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order it, for example in a limited drop, we will tell you and refund the amount paid in full within 14 days.

5. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment is taken when you place the order.

6. Shipping

Delivery areas, costs and times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and legal guarantee

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code. How to exercise these rights is explained in our Refund Policy.

8. Customer account

If you use a customer account, keep your access details private. You are responsible for what is done through your account, unless it was used without your fault.

9. Intellectual property

The LLACCIOO name and logo, the photos, texts and designs on this site belong to us. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are liable to you as provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, under product liability law, or your rights under the Italian Consumer Code.

We are not liable for damage caused by using the product for something it is not made for, such as climbing or supporting a person's weight.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live. For any dispute with a consumer, the competent court is the one where the consumer lives or has their domicile (Art. 66-bis Italian Consumer Code).

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
